A direct view of the roofs of Nîmes! This café-restaurant on the roof of Carré d’Art, a building designed by the contemporary architect Lord Norman Foster is a must for a coffee, a drink or something to eat, overlooking the city. It is ideal for relaxing after seeing an exhibition at the contemporary art museum on the top floor of the same building. Open from 10 am to 6 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. In the summer, open on Friday and Saturday evenings until 1 am.
Access: On foot from the station. Bus: routes J, K, I, C, D, la La Citadine, Aurélia. Stops: Carré d’Art, Maison Carrée or Place d’Assas according to the route. Motorway: A9 or A54 'Nîmes centre' exit then follow signs to 'centre-ville'.
