"Roulez Carrosses !" at Musée des Beaux-Arts of Arras 62000 Arras fr

One of the most beautiful collections of Château de Versailles is presented at Musée des Beaux-Arts of Arras.

A unique event !

The exhibition is a not to miss event : it is the first exhibition in France dedicated to coaches. As it is the first time that are lent saloon cars and royal coaches from Versailles' collection.

Prestigious collections

Over 1 000 m2, the Musée des Beaux-Arts of Arras receives paintings, sculptures, sleighs, horse harnesses, and many famous coaches such as cars from Napoleon First's wedding, the coach of Charles X's coronation, or the impressive funeral coach of Louis XVIII.

The exhibition is also the opportunity for visitors to know how did people travel before.

Opening times

  • Open on monday, wednesday, thursday, friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. / saturday, sunday and public holiday from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Closed on tuesday, January 1st, November 1st and December 25.

Admission fees and rates

  • Individual: 7 €
  • Reduced: 4 €
  • Group (more than 10 people): 5,50 €
  • Guided visits on saturdays and sundays at 3.30 p.m.: 5€ (1h30)
