Air France continues its unprecedented investment in enhancing the customer experience. Over a half billion euros in new products and services has been introduced since 2014. New interiors are being installed on Boeing 777s, the bulk of the long-haul fleet, are the centerpiece touching every class of service.

Air France’s most spacious cabin, La Première pampers guests with VIP attention, caviar service, menus by Michelin-starred chefs and real 6-1/2-foot-long beds. New 32 square foot suites on 777-300s have upped the luxury quotient with privacy curtains, personal closets, and 24-inch video screens. The renewed La Première lounge at Paris-CDG awaits them with spa treatments and fine dining by Alain Ducasse.

The latest Business class features cocoon-like pri¬vacy with flat beds that recline 180o. Every seat provides direct aisle access and 20% more space. As expected all Business customers en¬joy SkyPriority check-in and boarding, ex¬tra baggage allowance, lounge access and gourmet dining.

The 777 retrofit gave Air France the ideal op¬portunity to enhance the already popular Premium Economy with a softer seat cush¬ion, enlarged video screens and more foot rest positions. Premium Economy is a dedicated cabin with 40% more space, individual power, and priority check-in and boarding.

The redesign extends to an all-new Economy featuring added legroom, in-seat power, wider tray tables and larger HD screens to access the upgraded and expanded entertainment library. On long-haul flights, Air France Economy continues a tradition of providing exceptional value with a French touch with complimentary beer, wine, Champagne, and spirits.

Air France and the Paris airport authori¬ty have invested $743 million since 2012 to improve the airport experience as well, by moving flights closer together, building pedestrian connection corridors, and adding traveler-friendly amenities like free Wi-Fi, children’s play areas and interactive info kiosks.

Air France is a leading global carrier serving over 180 destinations throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas including 11 U.S. gateways: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York, San Francisco, and Washington. New nonstop service commenced this year between New York-JFK and Paris’ Orly airport providing travelers a convenient alternative when visiting the City of Light. Orly Airport is located only 9 miles south of central Paris and is Air France’s domestic hub with nonstop service to over 29 cities across France.
