Cruise 3Sixty: Rules & Regulations

Tourism Development Agency (“Contest Sponsor”), having its head office at 825 Third Avenue, 29th Floor, New York, NY, USA,10022.

 How to enter - Draw and Notification:

  1. Contest starts at 4:30 p.m. PST on Thursday, June 20,2013, and continues until 12:30 p.m. PST on Friday, June 21, 2013. No purchase necessary.

a) To enter, entrants must 1) register online (at Cruise3sixty.com until the first week of June) or at any of the four workshops presented by
ATOUT France as part of the Cruise3sixty event that will take place from June 19 to 23 in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and 2) attend one or more of the four workshops presented by ATOUT France.

 b) A random drawing from among the attending entries will be held for one or more prizes at the end of each workshop.

 c) Winner(s) will be awarded their prizes should they be present at the time of the drawing. In the event that winner(s) are not present at the time of the drawing or they decline their prize, they shall be disqualified, shall not be entitled to win any prize, and another entrant may be selected.

      1: Three nights’ accommodations
      for two people at the Thalazur-Bandol Hotel, including meals and breakfast and four selected treatments per person. Subject to availability between October 1 and December 20, 2013. Value: US$3,300.
    2. Var-Provence workshop Prize
      2: Seven nights’ accommodations based on double occupancy at La Villa Florida
      in Bandol, including breakfast. Valid until December 31, 2014, excluding July
      and August. Value: US$1,522.
    3. Var-Provence workshop Prize
      3: One week’s accommodations for two in a two-room apartment at Pierre & Vacances
      Cap Esterel Holiday Village in Saint-Raphaël. Valid until May 15, 2014, excluding
      school breaks. Value: US$1,441.
    4. Var-Provence workshop Prize
      4: One night of accommodations for two people at the Hostellerie Bérard in La Cadière-d'Azur,
      including a gourmet dinner at the hotel restaurant, one massage per person, and
      access to the SPA/Hydro thermal baths. Value: US$851.
    5. Var-Provence workshop Prize
      5: One night, two days’ accommodations for two people at the Hostellerie la
      Farandole, Sanary sur Mer. Value: US$458.
    6. Var-Provence workshop Prize
      6: One night, two days’ B&B accommodations for two people at La Bastide du Plantiers
      in Hyères, Espace Mer. Includes an introductory diving course near Giens
      Peninsula or Porquerolles Island. Valid for either the 2013 or 2014 season. Value:
      US$563.
    7. Antibes Juan-les-Pins workshop Prize 1: One-week stay for two people in Antibes: three nights’ B&B accommodations at the Garden Beach
      Hotel and three night’s accommodations at the AC Marriott Ambassadeur including
      breakfast. Also includes a half-day outing (a guided tour of the old city, the Picasso
      Museum, and an absinthe bar), a meal for two at Le Figuier de Saint‑Esprit, a 24-hour French Riviera pass, and a rental car for the length of the stay. Valid until June 2014. Value: US$2,613.
    8. French Riviera workshop Prize
      1: Four nights’accommodations in B&B for two people: two nights’ accommodations (including
      breakfast) at La Pérouse Hotel in Nice and two nights’ stay (including an American breakfast & a VIP welcome) at the Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte de Monaco in Cap d’Ail. Also includes two French Riviera Passes to Nice, a boat excursion to the Sainte-Marguerite Island and entry to the Musée de la Mer (the Sea Museum) in Cannes, along with a tour of the area by train, a wine and cheese tasting at the Forville market. Also, a guided tour of Antibe’s old city with a Museum pass, a guided tour of Villefranche-sur-Mer’s old city and the citadel, a museum pass for two, and a rental car (category B) for the duration of the stay. Valid until June 30, 2014. Value: US$2,000.
    9. Marseille

      Prize 1: Vancouver/USA-Marseille roundtrip flight on KLM for two people, five days’ accommodations for two people at the Hotel Novotel Vieux Port in Marseille (including breakfast), dinner for two at the Sofitel Vieux Port Marseille, and two 48-hour city passes. Valid until May
      15, 2014. Value: US$4,535.
    10. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event that, for whatever reason, the advertised prize is unavailable.

Eligibility

  1. The contest is open to residents of British Colombia, Canada,or of the United States and who are over the age of 19, excluding employees,representatives, dealers, and agents of the Contest Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, contest suppliers, judges, and persons domiciled with any of the above. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

 

  1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received up to the contest closing date. The Contest Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy all conditions of the rules. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged,misdirected, late, or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.

General rules

  1. The Contest Sponsor collects personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering the contest. Entrants will receive no further informational or marketing communications unless they provide the Contest Sponsor explicit permission to do so.
  2. By entering the contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, the
    contest judges, its and their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the contest or, if declared the winner, the prize. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements,photographs, or other likenesses for publicity, advertising, or informational
    purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
  3. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by entering the contest. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment
    or counter-offer, except as set out herein. 
  4. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the Internet or the website during the contest, for any human or technical problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software,failure of any email or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion or related to or resulting from entering the contest.
    Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt.
  5. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the business card submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the business card for
    the domain associated with the submitted business card is considered the authorized account holder. Selected entrants may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the business card associated with the selected entries. All entries must be submitted from a valid business card that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).
