Fall into Paris
Fall has arrived in all its brilliance, bringing with it new experiences, both indoors and out.
The leaves have begun to drop from the trees, but all over Paris, new things to do are springing up this fall.
Paris is known for its beautiful parks and lovely walking paths along the river. Beyond that, the city also offers a variety of autumn outdoor activities such as rollerblading, taking a segway tour, biking, playing chess, or even kite flying!
Most parks offer guided tours if you are interested in learning more about the history, and open-air events should also be on your list. You can enjoy “Music in the Gardens” at the Parc du Chateau de Versailles or “Festival of the Théâtre de Verdure” in the Jardin Shakespeare.
Students have returned back to school, but they are not the only ones with opportunities for learning. The Foire d’Automne (Autumn Fair) in Paris is designed to inspire you. Held in late October, the fair will have over 1,000 free presentations and workshops, to give you ideas on everything from cuisine to décor to health and fitness.
Fall is also the perfect time to enjoy the warm deliciousness of chocolate! The Chocolate Fair in late October will showcase the latest (and yummiest) in chocolate trends with plenty of opportunities to taste for yourself.
Whatever your fancy, be sure to enjoy the warmth before winter turns the corner!
