March 19th, 2015 marks the first Good France, a global event celebrating French gastronomy. Select restaurants all around the world have been invited to participate in this culinary event, including New York's own O'Cabanon. Want to know what they're cooking up for the special occasion? Here's a sneak peak at their Good France menu:

 

A traditional French Aperitif, Sparkling Wine & Gougères

Bisque de Homard

Light creamy Lobster Bisque. Served with baguette croutons & rouille sauce.

Paté de Campagne Maison

A crisp pastry stuffed with a homemade country paté with pork & white wine. Served with herb salad.

Ceviche de Saint Jacques

Scallop Ceviche with cucumber and mango.

Daube Provençale 

Beef stew in red wine sauce. Served wtih black truffle mashed potatoes & herb salad.

Brie à la Truffe Noire

Brie cheese refined with black truffle. Served with herb salad.

Saucisson Chocolat

Sliced chocolat log with mixed nuts & marshmallow.
