Wine serving

Wine is a fragile product: it is vital to know and respect good practices in order to ensure it is served perfectly, hence the importance of the serving temperature. 

Above 18°C, the wine becomes unbalanced in favour of the alcohol, which overwhelms the others flavours. Below 8°C, the wine's aromas are extinguished and overwhelmed by the acidity in white wines and the tannins in red wines. It is important to respect the ideal serving temperature in order to get the best out of the wine.
