Golfing in Normandy
With 40 golf courses stretching the length and breadth of the region, it is a major European destination for all golf enthusiasts.
Designed by some of the biggest names – Tom Simpson, Bill Baker, Yves Bureau, Fred Hawtree, Robin Nelson, Colt and Alison – these courses can be found in some exceptionally fine locations: by the sea, on cliff-tops, amid sand dunes, in woodland and among the hedgerows of the rolling Normandy countryside.
Normandy’s golf courses provide an array of different challenges to all levels of players.
The courses are all open to non-members, and offer both short-breaks and golfing holidays. To learn more, please click here
You can download the official Normandy Golf Guide from the website.
RYDER CUP 2018:
In 2018, The Ryder Cup will be held in Continental Europe for only the second time in its history.
Le Golf National in France will be hosting the biennial match.
Being so close to Le Golf National and Paris, playing a round in Normandy couldn’t be simpler.
With a wide range of accommodation, fine cuisine and unrivalled heritage sites like the Mont-Saint-Michel, the D-Day Landing Beaches, Etretat and Deauville, Normandy should be the next golfing destination.
