Tomorrowland Winter Festival, Alpe d'Huez

More than a mere festival, Tomorrowland is a true experience!

This popular Belgian festival, which has already spread across to the USA and Brazil, is coming to France for the first time from 14-21 March 2019. No less than 30,000 people are expected in the French Alps, combining skiing with concert-going over the three days.

Few festivals are more extravagant than Tomorrowland; since 2005, this Belgian event has been taking place in Boom, in the province of Antwerp, held on an enormous site resembling a theme park. Fairytale decorations, big wheels, costumes, fireworks, attractions worthy of the world’s largest parks… visitors don’t come just for the music, but for the whole experience. In 2017, Tomorrowland drew a staggering 400,000 visitors over two weekends, and all tickets were sold in just 64 minutes.

Alpe d'Huez has been chosen to host this first edition of Tomorrowland in the mountains. Given the name ‘Tomorrowland Winter: The Hymn of the Frozen Lotus’, its dates of 14-21 March 2020 are midweek, and outside of school holidays.

Complete packages are now on sale. To cover four or seven days, they will include tickets for the festival, accommodation and a ski pass. Festival entry tickets will not be sold alone. Accommodation can be found in Alpe d’Huez of course, but also in Huez, La Garde, Bourg-d’Oisans, Vaujany, Oz-en-Oisans, Villard Reculas and Auris-en-Oisans. Packages to include transfers will also be available.

While all festival packages for Tomorrowland Winter 2022 are now sold out, you can create an account to join the waiting list here (External link) .
