The Paris Tourist Office remains available to assist visitors. Reception points and a special telephone service (📞 + 33 1 49 52 42 63) are available for any advice or requests for assistance. The teams can be reached on this number from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, and on Saturday between 9.30am and 5.30pm. The reception desk at 29 rue de Rivoli is open every day from 10am to 6.45pm.

Security perimeter around Notre-Dame de Paris

The security perimeter on the Île de la Cité has been reduced since 21 April. But it's still not possible to approach the cathedral, as well as the Petit Pont and the Pont au Double.

Cruises on the Seine des Bateaux Parisiens

The cruise route is modified. The boats sail on the arm of the Seine located at the opposite of Notre-Dame Cathedral.
Cruises, dinner cruises and lunch cruises are maintained.

The Notre-Dame and Hôtel de Ville stops are closed to the public.

The tours are conducted out of Notre Dame.
